
Coach and business developer Mikko Heiskanen is relaxed and easy-going. He is enthusiastic about working with people and is quite a wizard at enabling and facilitating co-development.

Mikko has a long career in the IT industry, which he found by chance when, while studying sociology, he went to work for a friend's import and wholesale company. Before moving into the international IT business, Mikko also managed to work as an entrepreneur, running a small IT company.

Mikko has worked in a variety of roles in the international IT business, from product management and sales to various leadership roles in sales, marketing and business development. In recent years, before becoming a coach, Mikko has worked in international change management roles.

To balance his work, Mikko plays drums in a hobby band, plays tennis passionately, and spends time with his beloved family at the cottage.
