Kalle Saleva (BBA) is a fast-paced, inspiring and fun promoter of sales and change. Kalle's work career includes thousands of arranged customer meetings over the phone with widely varying target groups, coaching in change projects right from the first steps in sales to leadership, internal process development, day-to-day management of sales, and various board roles. 

Most recently, before moving to More Than Training Company, Kalle was involved in successfully increasing a company's turnover in the highly competitive CRM sector and in creating a goal-oriented fundraising group with its processes in the organization world. With a good conscience, Kalle can be called a messenger of good sales and sales management, regardless of the context. 

Kalle is at home under the gaze of people, whether it's a sales situation, coaching or, for example, one-on-one sparring with a new salesperson. Kalle doesn't believe in magic tricks, but he does believe in technology, processes and hard work at a high level week after week. Learning never ends for this man as a strong thirst for understanding new things have driven him to study again and again – currently he is studying an MBA degree in leading business transformation focusing on strategic thinking and management, which will be Kalle's 4th completed degree. 

As a coach and sparring partner, Kalle is energetic and forward-thinking, with whom you can openly discuss even difficult issues with a focus on solutions and without judgment. Thanks to his previous degrees and work history, Kalle has a strong practical starting point for matters that ensure that the matter itself remains understandable and internalized by the public without unnecessary jargon or exaggeration. The shared moments are spent with a good feeling and without unnecessary gloom, but still without forgetting the facts or circumstances. Kalle's core competence is in the development of day-to-day sales and processes, as well as the utilization of data and artificial intelligence in sales work. In addition, Kalle is familiar with taking strategically important goals to the grassroots level to make them practical. In everyday life, you can also run into Kalle on the jogging paths of Pirkanmaa, in various gyms, hiking in national parks, at the Paavo Nurmi Marathon event, relaxing in good restaurants, playing at his own computer, training the brains with the Magic: The Gathering card game, and playing airsoft. The working languages at Kalle are Finnish and English.
