Janne (Kole) Kolehmainen is a curious creature. When preparing for coaching, he gets to know the business of the company being coached thoroughly. He is a familiar sight at our customers' offices, but also where things are happening - in the field, visiting factories, you name it! You can often see him running around in his orange safety jacket and safety shoes in the production facilities. It is important to know the strategy, numbers and goals, but people and everyday activities bring out the need for change.
Kole's background is on the other side of the table. He started his working career in the tourism industry, where he first gained experience in the HoReCa sector and as a tour guide. In these jobs, he learned customer service and the focus was on interaction, customer experience and consumer sales (B2C). He got his first touch with B2B sales while working at Finnair in a Key Account Management role. In this job, he got to know the Finnish export industry and explored a very international perspective. Kole has participated in management team work since 2005, first in the field of sports and well-being, and then in the field of safety & security until 2015. For the first time, he stepped into the shoes of a supervisor through a supervisor internship in 1998 during a summer job, and developing people took his heart. Managing people and building a team has been inspiring.
