Johanna Vilkuna (born Kiviranta)

Johanna Vilkuna (born Kiviranta) (HM, KTK) is a coach who gets excited about stories, ideas and discussion, and has received praise from our clients for her approach, genuine presence and desire to understand different starting points. Johanna's special areas of expertise are the implementation of changes and the development of executive ability in organizations, as well as the development of the sales skills of experts. Her strengths in these fields are the visualization and concretization of large entities and systems into an understandable form, the detection of cause-and-effect relationships and the identification of critical decision points, as well as inspiring communication.    

 During her working career, Johanna has worked both in Finland in sales and consulting and internationally in the service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Today, in addition to the coaching business, she does direct searches and recruitments, because both new ideas and new people are often needed to carry out changes.  

Johanna believes in effective processes, respectful interaction and proactivity, which combined help in achieving good results. With the help of these teachings, even the strongly introverted Johanna loves sales and coaching work. In addition, continuous learning and self-development are important to her, which can be seen, for example, in the fact that she is currently studying for his second degree at Aalto University in economics, majoring in accounting and minoring in future research.  

As a business coach, Johanna is genuinely interested in people and change, whether it is the change of an individual, a team, an organization or a company. Her biggest professional passions are words and stories, with which we build our own thinking and create meanings for cooperation. In her free time, her hobbies include cooking and wine tasting with her spouse and friends, reading, going out with his dogs, hunting and renovating a private house. As a person, Johanna is humorous, self-deprecating, content with life and calm.  

At MTTC, Johanna works as a project manager in addition to her coaching duties, and in these projects she is responsible for the smooth progress of her projects and handling practical matters. Quick and efficient, Johanna is the trusted support of many of our coaches in joint projects.
