3. Why does MTTC process personal data?
MTTC collects and processes your personal data

9. Personal data retention period
Personal data will be stored for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes of personal data processing mentioned in this privacy notice for the duration of the legal basis for processing.
For example, after the end of the business partner relationship, we delete the business partner's contact information from our site. The data of other users is stored as long as our legitimate interest can be reasonably considered to exist. We define the existence of a legitimate interest based on, for example, the use of our online services and the communication between us. As a general rule, the information of other users is stored for one year after the last login or use of the site, after which the information is deleted. The application information provided by the business partner applicant is stored in the applicant register for a specific position for three (3) months, after which it is transferred to the archive, where it is stored for two (2) years, and can be returned to in connection with subsequent applications. MTTC can also on its own initiative remove job applications with incomplete information.

About rights in general and the implementation of rights
The EU's data protection regulation guarantees the data subject several rights, using which the data subject can in many situations order the processing of his personal data. The registrant can use the following rights in relation to MTTC to the extent that MTTC acts as the data controller for the personal data of the registrant in question:
Right of inspection and right to correct incorrect information
You have the right to receive confirmation from MTTC as to whether information about you is processed, as well as the right to inspect the information processed by MTTC about you. If necessary, MTTC may ask you to specify your request regarding the right of inspection, e.g. for details of data submission.
