Change is necessary – but not necessarily uncontrollable
Business environments are volatile, uncertain, complex and unclear. Surprising, rapid and unpredictable changes take place in the environment, in many situations there is little information, there are numerous variables that affect each other, and the cause-and-effect relationships of the situations that arise can be ambiguous and unclear. In such an environment, changes, both external to the company and internal, are commonplace, and the lifeblood of organizations is the ability to adapt their operations and successfully implement the required changes.
Implementing changes is management. Management of plans, communication and actions. Celebrating successes, learning from mistakes, changing course and addressing deviations. At MTTC, we believe that change is not a curse word that inevitably causes frowns, but is an exciting challenge that offers growth opportunities for both organizations and individuals.
Most of the time, we help our customers in different areas of change:
- Verbalizing the change – concretization of the target state
- Planning the change – identifying the distance between the current state and the target state and turning it into a concrete plan
- Change communication – an inspiring way to generate a common desire to implement what is needed
- Implementation of the change – what is happening in culture, management, processes and structures?
- Ensuring change - the emergence of new habits standardizes the new normal
