Hanna Niemi (KTM, Certified Executive Business Coach) is a personnel management professional and coach who also has experience in how responsibility issues are brought into the strategy and everyday life of the organization. Hanna has long experience in various HR tasks and management development projects. Hanna has worked as HR director and member of the management team of an international expert organization. As HR director, he acted as a supervisor himself and coached managers to succeed in their own work. Experience has also been gained from carrying out several strategy processes.
As a coach, leader and colleague, Hanna wants to emphasize the importance of working together and strongly believes that working together produces the best result when everyone gets to utilize their strengths.
