Joshua Moorrees (KTM, HHJ, HHPJ) is an experienced business coach who works as a board member and advisor for several companies, and most recently served as CEO of a Finnish growth company.  

As CEO, Joshua has collected growth investments of 1.45 million euros - increasing the value of the company 42 times during his term as CEO - taking the operation from the prototype to 19 export countries and closing e.g. A €1 million contract to the USA and a €300,000 contract to Japan.  

Before moving to the world of growth companies, Joshua worked as a Change Director in the management team of the Finnish country company of the world's largest personnel services company, Adecco Group.  

Joshua's special skills are strategy, management and profitable growth. Joshua has led numerous successful strategy processes both as a manager and as a consultant. He has consulted and coached board and management work, as well as growth in listed companies, private limited companies, as well as on the municipal side.

In his spare time, Joshua's heart beats for basketball, which is definitely his passion. At one time, Joshua's leadership career started from several years of being captain of the basketball team. Another favorite pastime for Joshua is reading. He reads or listens to 30–50 books every year, from which it is good to constantly draw lessons for customer work as well.
