Your investment

The training program costs money 2490 € / person (not including VAT). The investment includes a 2-day training program, three personal sparring sessions, facilities, lunch and coffee on full days and coffee on half days. the program is invoiced for 100 % 30 days before the start of the program, payment term 7 days net. The program is organized if there are at least 5 participants. The maximum group size in coaching is 12 people.

Janne Kolehmainen

Janne (Kole) has done a wide range of sales and management jobs in many different industries. In 2015, Kole felt that he was at the peak of his career and that he was ready. Fortunately, it wasn't like that, but after the well-deserved dismissals, he took the hat in his beautiful hands and started learning a new profession. Kole started from the beginning and decided to approach (working) life with a new curious mind #Pappaopppii. First, he learned the profession of a change consultant and did a lot of coaching work at different organizational levels of client companies. In 2020, Kole started as an entrepreneur and learned more new professions such as headhunting in addition to his work as a coach. In his work, he meets more than 10-15 professionals in different situations every week. So, yes, experience can be found even in this hunchback. Oh yeah, Jaakko taught Kole the basics of Chat GPT.

Jaakko Lintunen

Jaakko is a long-term professional who has worked in various roles during his career, from assistant boy to managing director. Jaakko currently works as a trainer, coach and headhunter. In his work, he draws on the experience brought by different tasks, but also on people-oriented thinking and the curiosity of continuous learning. Most recently, Jaakko learned how to use Chat GPT with the help of his son. Jaakko is another MTTC stalwart.
