Why did I choose MTTC?

Few knew, and even fewer probably would have guessed, that our native would return to coaching in the fall of 2023. However, in the background was a permanent job with a decent salary, a good work team, and the person from Meika had not spoken for a long time, at least out loud, in favor of working as a coach in his own place. However, here we are, at the new work machine and typing a blog post about new winds as a partner at MTTC.

For those of you who haven't met the undersigned yet: I'm Kalle Saleva, an ambassador for better sales and front-line work and from this day forward more than a coach. I am energetic, approachable, process-oriented and a relaxed janitor. My time is spent at work with clients and in my free time jogging, at the gym, geeking out and in the lap of nature.

Those of you who have already met our man - surely you will come back wanting to know what drove the man to make such a decision. The guys who know me know that I work best in a group as part of a larger whole and I really enjoy talking to people in a work context. Therefore, I didn't want to go out as a sole trader, because that's the worst thing for this type of person.

The bottom line is that I'm never really alone at MTTC. We work together, learning from each other - in this context, one plus one is really more than two. There are no pointless power structures, but the activities are mostly driven by people's own inner passion for coaching activities, for learning new things and for a sense of community regardless of location. To be honest, the role of a couple of old work friends at MTTC also made the decision easier - so I knew in advance that I would definitely become part of a really good team. MTTC has also grown a lot recently, and thus it's great to be able to learn new things from people I don't even know yet. However, you can never have too much to learn.

So I didn't really just start out as a coach and sales coach. As a partner, I joined the journey towards new skills and learning, the freedom and responsibility of an entrepreneur, and the opportunity to do what I really enjoy at the same time – coaching, sparring and helping other people and companies towards their own goals. As the name suggests, it is really more than a coaching company.

Thus, valued reader, I am now at your service. If you need help developing sales, making strategy a part of people's everyday lives, or just a sparring partner to take operations to the next level, then of course get in touch - I and our entire MTTC team will be happy to help you!

A really good start to the fall semester to everyone!

PS: There is still room for a few kick-offs for the fall, e.g. for sales, customer service or foremen. Drop a message and we'll talk!
