MTTC's team will grow at least for the spring, when JAMK's trade economics student at Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences Niko Vainikainen joins our team to complete an internship part of his studies. During his internship, Niko supports our partner MTTC's new customer acquisition Kalle Salevan under the management, and learns the sales and loan laws of the consulting business together with our entire team.
This is how Niko describes his own path to MTTC:
Fun! My name is Niko Vainikainen and I hope to study in my last year at JAMK to become a tradesman. I ended up at More Than Training Company when Kalle contacted me and told beautiful stories about the team and the work that can be done. After that, he couldn't say anything other than "Yes please tell me more!"
Kalle, as an experienced booker, wasted no time in making an appointment for the next day palaver, where we got to know each other and discussed more opportunities for cooperation. Things started to take shape quickly, and I started to get excited about how this would turn out. Fortunately (ed. note and fortunately for MTTC!) I was selected to go forward. I also got a taste of the flexible working hours of corporate life, when Kalle asked one evening at around 11 p.m. if it would be possible to have a conversation with a few other partners of MTTC the next day. Of course it worked, and here we are now!
Now the first day with briefings and orientation is over, and I can't wait to see what the future holds. I get to learn about the industry and get to know different industries from people of such a high caliber. Thank you again for your trust - now let's grow together and have fun!
Kalle has nothing but positive things to say about Niko right from the start:
"Some people you can just tell in advance that this type has sales in their blood. Niko was a model example of this – his sales energy and result-hungry approach left an indelible impression.
With this level of drive, it's easy to believe in success together. I bet that for customers, Nikon's jumping on the bandwagon can be seen above all in the freed up time of our partners for the work from which customers get the most value. Therefore, everyone wins - and there is no better victory than a joint victory!"
Welcome to the team, Niko, and as you said – now let's grow and have fun!
