To support its growth and development, More Than Training Company (MTTC) has received two solid business experts for the role of Senior Advisor.
Antti Tiitola has had a long and varied career in various positions in business management, including CEO, business area manager and marketing director. In addition to that, he has influenced the boards of various companies. His experience covers family companies, listed companies as well as state-owned companies.
Antti supports More Than Training Company as a Senior Advisor in growth management. He gives us know-how and understanding of various customer segments and businesses to support our customer work, and his solid understanding of moving business forward gives our company a backbone and a vision for building our own growth.
"I joined to support the story of a growing coaching company, because MTTC's approach to customers made a big impression on me", makes Antti the reason for entering into cooperation. "At the same time, I have been involved in many growth companies, and I believe I can help MTTC in managing growth."
Pertti Urla on the other hand, has strong experience in managing business and personnel with responsibility for results. He has worked e.g. as managing director and marketing and sales director in several international and domestic companies, such as Unilever, Paulig and Lappset. In addition, he has extensive experience in board work in ten different countries as well as his own entrepreneurship and start-ups in several different industries. He has also facilitated more than a hundred companies in strategy building and implementation.
At More Than Training Company, Pertti wants to help with brand work, change management and creating a new future picture and an innovative growth strategy according to it.
